Patisserie Valerie Careers

Patisserie Valerie decided during 2019 to re-evaluate their business and to change the way they recruit, not only to improve their processes but to also promote their brand and family ethos.

We were contacted as part of an extensive procurement process to discuss the possibility of a full applicant tracking system and careers website. 

From the first meeting, we understood their needs and had the complete technology package they were looking for to complete their project. We were the only ones who offered to work with them to meet their budget, while still offering the solution they needed now with the option to enhance in the future. We were the only ones who really ‘got’ where they were coming from in terms of the passion, enthusiasm and pride in what we do. 

The full applicant tracking software system, careers website and integrations were confirmed, built and launched within two months, between October to December 2019.
