Conomica is a recruitment company that is aiming to be at the forefront of the digital revolution and offers to take their clients there with them. They concentrate on recruiting experts in Data Science, Analytics, Digital, Automation, Robotics and the Internet of Things.

To help them on their way we have designed and built a new recruitment site that uses a mathematical algorithm to match candidates with jobs. The candidate creates a profile with all the usual information about qualifications skills and experience and then, when the client advertises the vacancy, a shortlist is automatically drawn up showing the closest matches. Genius really.
