Based on the principles of our recruitment website and updateable websites we have developed a property management website, designed for Estate Agents and other property development businesses.
The website itself is an updateable website including a property database. As managers of the website, you are able to add properties to include a description, an image gallery, pricing, location and any other details in relation to the property.
Visitors to the website may search for properties based on varying search criteria and then add a property to a short list for future viewing. Visitors may also add themselves to a Property By Email facility. They enter their property search criteria and they will then receive details by email of any matching property when it is added to the website.
Every Estate Agency shoudl have a website with this functionality!

This website utilises the functionality of our jobs board systems. When Property Inc Limited originally contacted us to develop an e-commerce driven property website, we thought that we may have to write it from scratch. After some thought, we realised that a property website would operate similarly to a jobs board. A property would basically be treated as a job, a property seeker would be a candidate and a client would be the property owner. We thought that we could even create a "properties by Email" system...so we did.
