Mister Green

Mister Green is a new website and project aimed at homeowners and businesses with older properties.

New buildings are coming under increasing regulatory control over emissions, insulation and sustainability, but most people live and work in older buildings. Upgrades to older buildings are less influenced by governments than new buildings and more by the actions of owners and occupiers seeking to save money or improve comfort and efficiency.

The Mister Green site aims to provide practical, sensible, useful answers to simple questions about insulation, draught proofing, lighting, heating etc with information, hints, tips and explanations from experts, manufacturers, suppliers and installers who know their stuff and from feedback from site users. Mister Green is a platform for promoting good ideas and products and is a resource for homeowners and businesses to help in making informed decisions on what to do and where to find the best and most cost effective solutions to improve comfort and energy efficiency............and by the way, to make a small contribution to reducing carbon emissions and tackling global warming!

The website is a platform for them to convey information, hints and tips and also includes a directory of services and suppliers. This is the first stage of an ongoing project to create an online community sharing useful information and services in relation to renewable energy and related subject matter.
