In the Summer of 2011, Zero-One Design were approached by a young Man on a mission to make a difference in the way that Ex-Soldiers re-adjust to Civilian Life. Oppo Recruitment was set up by an Ex-Soldier driven by his own personal experiences and the difficulties he faced when his Career in the Forces came to an end.  

In his own Words Mr Iqbal said...

"After leaving the forces myself not long ago and after many Years of service, I knew things would be tough in the current climate. I used my ELCAS credits and completed a number of courses and fortunately with some exceptional advice and assistance through Friends and Family they helped me find work.

I have a very personal reason for dedicating my time, effort and money towards this site and that is to ensure that ex-military do not stumble across the areas where I had problems and that there is more than one company to approach when help is needed."

Zero-One designed the Oppo Recruitment logo, designed and built a feature rich and professional looking website which has also been fully Optimized, branded all his Social Media pages and continue to assist Mr Iqbal with his Online Marketing on a Daily basis as part of our on going service to aid the launch of his new business.

The Website was launched at the start of 2011 and the heart of its business is assisting ex-military personnel on a personal level offering CV advice, Free CV Templates, Job opportunities, interview technique, courses, payment solutions and the website also holds an online forum for Soldiers to discuss their experiences.

Each Year approximately 2,000 People leave the Military having served Britain with courage and honour but for far too many adjusting to civilian Life is their biggest battle.

No official figures are kept by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Defence but recruitment experts estimate a minimum of 50,000, almost half the strength of the regular British Army are currently Jobless.

Oppo Recruitment apply the same military discipline in helping with the recruitment process for all their candidates including Civilians.
