Roger Smart is a veteran of the Middle East recruitment business and started his recruitment career in the United Arab Emirates in the mid-nineties in a franchise venture with James Caan, the highly sought after recruitment entrepreneur and business guru of Dragons' Den fame. He went on to co-found and serve as board director of the highly respected Charterhouse Partnership business in the Middle East, Asia and Australia."
